Senior Customer Success Manager
As a senior Customer Success Manager (CSM) you are the main contact for the corporate customers and partners in your portfolio. You build and maintain strong customer relationships in all stages of the customer life cycle and strive for successful customer product adoption. You spot and initiate the right actions and interventions to create the business value -and success- our customers aim for. You will be the Customer Success team lead and represent the team in the management team.
Sales Development Representative
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you are the first person to talk to our future clients and therefore on the forefront of our success. You educate people from ‘just interested’ to warm leads that are ready to explore GoodUp’s solutions. Understanding the challenges of prospects and making the connection to our capabilities is key to this job.
You love data analytics and are mostly focused on lead demand generation. You provide fact-based direction and together with the communications team, development team and content writer you constantly optimise the return on marketing investments. You will define what happens how, when and where, in cooperation with the Business Director.
