GoodUp is an Amsterdam-based social SaaS enterprise that helps companies to become a force for good. On our platforms, employees of large organizations as well as individuals that are part of certain do-good communities, invest their time, skills and money on societal causes that are important to them. We help dozens of corporates that you know (such as Deloitte, Unilever, Mars and Accenture) and run a number of open community platforms to drive positive societal impact at scale.
We’re a lean, dedicated team of 14 people that work towards one common goal: enabling 1 billion people to make a positive impact through our platforms by 2030.
About the roles
Customer Success Manager
As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) you will become the main contact for some of our corporate (large enterprises) and our open community platform customers. You build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships with client program managers in order to grow their success and business value.
The champion we’re looking for is an energetic, proactive professional that can help our clients with both ad-hoc operational challenges, as well as look at relevant customer data to have structured and strategic conversations about how to grow client success (as measured in engagement). You are also responsible for driving product innovation by acting as a liaison between our clients and our product team.
Medior B2B Growth Marketeer
As our new B2B Growth Marketer, you drive interest in our product and services among ideal customer profiles of senior sustainability professionals (CSR and HR) in large corporations. You define and execute our content marketing strategy in order to consistently grow our database of Sales Qualified Leads and to further build our reputation as a thought leader on the topic of driving corporate positive impact. We’ve already found successful inbound and outbound channels (LinkedIn and Email) that you can further optimize. Additionally, you’re free to experiment with new channels as you’ll be the owner of your calendar and our marketing budget.
You play a pivotal role in our business team, reporting to, and acting as an advisor of, our Head of Business. You will also work closely together with your colleagues in the Business & Product Teams.
